We pride ourselves on our ability to “do it all,” including ultrasonic welding, pad printing, silk screening and hot stamp pressing. Our secondary operations equipment includes:

• 20 kHz ultrasonic welder
• Imtran 5″ closed cup pad printers (with 2 rotary tables for printing up to three colors)
• Tampo pad print machines Silk screen printers (up to 18″ print)
• 2,500lb hot stamp presses
• 1000lb hot stamp presses
• Multiple assembly lines

In-House Product Assembly is a Must

Some manufacturers ship the unassembled parts to another location/vendor for the assembly portion of the project.  We however do it all in-house, assuring that your project specialist monitors and stays up to date with every step of your plastic product.  This is just another example of how we maintain a very high level of quality, and offer you quick feedback whenever questions come up.
